Baltimore giving away TAX PAYERS $ must be Reparations.
They need to put NASCAR type seat harness in the vans and put cmeras in the back! strapped in and recorded for the record! Oh but wait, that type of seat belt would be cruel and endanger life if they are in an accident! No matter what these people will sue! They need to stop the instant wealth because something minor caused injury or hurt feelings!

You are the fool if you are more worried about them getting money for something KOPS did wrong, and continue doing it after numerous lawsuits, AND PAYOUTS.
