Incident: WCSO Warrant Arrests

Date of Incident: 27 July 2015

1.     On 27 July 2015 a deputy arrested Brian A. Bouyer, 26 of Watertown, NY, after he was extradited back to Wicomico County from Florida. Bouyer was being sought on a District Court Bench Warrant that was issued after he failed to appear for a CDS Possession case. Bouyer was detained on a bond of $10,000.00.

2.     On 27 July 2015 a deputy arrested Yancy L. White, 27 of Baltimore, MD, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after he violated the terms of his probation in a CDS Distribution case. White was detained without bond.

3.     On 27 July 2015 a deputy arrested Meko Gianni Palmiro, 24 of Salisbury, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Palmiro violated the terms of his probation in Assault 2nd Degree and Reckless Endangerment case. Palmiro was detained without bond.

4.     On 27 July 2015 a deputy arrested Shane Law Kulp, 20 of Fruitland, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Kulp violated the terms of his probation in a Resisting Arrest case. Kulp was detained without bond.

5.     On 27 July 2015 a deputy arrested Odell Hudson, 39, of Charlotte, NC after he was extradited back to Wicomico County from North Carolina. Hudson was being sought on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant that had been issued after he violated the terms of his probation in a CDS Distribution case. Hudson was detained without bond.

Incident: Failure to Comply with Peace Order / Trespass

Date of Incident: 27 July 2015

Location: 6000 block of Edwards Avenue, Salisbury, MD

Suspect: Jesse Andrew Henry, 22, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 27 July 2015 a deputy arrested Jesse Henry following an allegation that he violated a peace order that the complainant had taken out against him. The order barred Henry from coming on to the complainant’s property which he reportedly did. It was also further alleged that Henry damaged a tree on the complainant’s property.

Upon arrest Henry was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Henry in the Detention Center in lieu of $20,000.00 bond.
