Criminals in nursing homes will also be medicated into a stupor, get to shuffle around the halls like zombies and play Bingo six times a week. Prisoner rapes will decrease to zero because: a) nobody will be angry or controlling, and b) nobody's equipment will work.
That brings up a good point. Prisoners should be charged $4,000 per week regardless of the crime. I am sick and tired of Liberals saying they shouldn't be in jail because it is to expensive. Tough sh!t Libtards. They committed a crime and now they need to do the time.

The local nursing homes start at $210.00 per day. That is $6300.00 per month. Anyone who can find a $4000.00 a month nursing home, please give the name.
