COLUMBUS - Ohio State Fair officials have banned the sale and display of Confederate flag merchandise.
In a letter sent to vendors, Virgil Strickler, the General Manager of the State Fair, stated “the sale or display of Confederate flags and/or Confederate flag merchandise shall be prohibited.”
The letter outlines how the State Fair has long held a policy prohibiting the sale of items that contain offensive wording, lettering or graphics.
Virgil said any vendor found to be selling or displaying Confederate flag merchandise will be asked promptly to remove the items.

So i could carry wear one display one ..that be free speech!! Im ok with that . They are plenty of other outlets to get yours
Knuckle under, peons! Roll over on your backs for them. You are nothing. We no longer recognize you as fellow Americans.
Enjoy your life in chains.
You may be asked to remove it but you don't have to. It's not against the law. If I were a vendor with a vendor permit, I would acquire every piece I could find and sell it.
Or what? Arrest? What's the charge?
I find Betsy Ross' thirteen star flag to be offensive to the rest of the country. I was wondering if the Redskin's need to change their mascot, what will need to happen to Wicomico County's symbol? It's probably been the picture of the Indian for awhile and highly offensive. Just kidding. I don't let pictures, flags, and mascot's hurt my feelings. I do cry at Hallmark cards sometimes.
I hope they protest and raise hell if any of them wear the stupid "black lives matter" t-shirts or other racist nonsense. Don't let the bastards win!
So how can stomping on and burning an American flag be Free Speech, but this can be banned and outlawed!!
Please someone with a legal background answer that one for me.
Where is the ACLU, to file suit and advocate for free speech now?
