The embattled president of the Rams Head Tavern chain pleaded guilty Thursday in Howard County District Court on charges related to secretly videotaping women as they used the bathroom at the restaurant's Savage location.
The Howard County State’s Attorney’s Office confirmed that Kyle Muehlhauser, 37, of Severna Park, pleaded guilty to two counts of recording in a private place with prurient interest. The other counts were placed on the STET docket.
Muehlhauser received a two-year sentence, with all but 90 days suspended, followed by three years of supervised probation. He will also undergo a psycho-sexual evaluation and treatment in addition to a fine and restitution he will be paying to two of the victims.
Prosecutors said Muehlhauser also had to agree to random periodic monitoring of his computer and software.

He should have to register!
Yuck!Who would want to see that?
Creepy
I'm sure he has recorded more than two women. Why pay restitution to only two? Are they the only ones aware?
90 days mean work release. That means about 60 nights. You get more time for Pot.
