After Cop Illegally Enters Home, Video Captures Him Handcuffing Terrified Woman Who’s Wearing Only a Towel

“When a cop shows up, you’re not the one in charge. I don’t care if this is your house.”
A cellphone video has surfaced showing a police officer handcuffing a woman in her home while she’s wearing only a towel — which repeatedly fell off — and she and her teen daughter are screaming for him to stop.

But that may not be the worst of it.

An internal investigation by police in Chandler, Arizona, found that arresting Officer Doug Rose entered Esmeralda Rossi’s home illegally on March 25, didn’t turn on his body camera and failed to document important details regarding probable cause and use of force — and that Rossi was naked except for a towel.

I find your comment offensive. I am a law enforcement officer. I help people. Risk my life for strangers.

"But, but, but there are only a few bad cops!!!". Never mind the thousands of videos already on the internet and the new ones popping up daily that say otherwise. I'm sure he meant to turn on his body camera and he " forgot" mention all those important details in his report, he was probably really scared and under a lot of stress, he really is a nice guy. Ever wonder why cops don't like you recording them?? This is why.

9:06 "Thousands" of videos online over the past 10+ years... out of how many officers over those years? These BS videos are conveniently started after the suspect has done their business to get them in the situation. You bleeding heart, emotional, woMEN (estrogen filled males) get on your high horse over the tiniest of things. Women are women, and men have hit a fast descent into womanhood. That is why we are a failing nation. No spine.

12:17 thinks an arrest should be unpleasant. NEVER should be peaceful and without incident??
He doesn't understand the Constitution, nor the job of the police.
He is probably remembering how they used to do it in 1950's Georgia.
Or maybe in the camps.
Being arrested doesn't equate to "guilty". But, according to 1:45, you still need to be taught a lesson by people whose job description does NOT include that duty.
Polish that swastika, boy. They might be needing you again real soon!!
The rest of you?
Keep cheering.

3:04 It should always be peaceful and without incident... but, people who are committing crimes, drugging up, driving while intoxicated, resisting an officers verbal orders... don't exactly comply with your Utopian world rules. Keep cheering? You're the one with the skirt and pom pom's.

There are 5 comments above yours. Would you mind telling us which person you are talking to? Are you offended by the person that said "good job?"
