So let me see if I get this straight. You're going to deny me MY rights and spit on MY heritage because someone is 'offended'. Other people get to interpret the meaning of this flag and impose sanctions that they feel are appropriate. New “Racist Terrorist” Law
Draft of Submitted Congressional bill 2015 - CS-421/45
All Confederate re-enactors, rather doing living history or battle reenactments, will now have to register as “Racist Terrorists”. There will be a national data base, and Website for citizens to see who could be violent and/or discriminatory towards them.
Confederate re-enactors will have to submit to fingerprinting, DNA gathering, and photographs for inclusion on the F.B.I. data base.
Confederate re-enactors will have to obtain a license to purchase Musket caps, and Powder for events. The license will be good for one year and shall cost no more than $100.00.
All weapons shall be registered every year, and the cost shall be no more than $100.00 per weapon.
Since these Muskets fit the definition of an assault weapon (see. Sec. 4) , “Racist Terrorists” can own only one.
All purchasers will be required to wait 10 days after purchase to obtain their caps, and powder.
Purchasers will be limited to one half pound of powder a month, and 50 caps per month.
The displaying of ANY Confederate flag shall be limited to: an actual living history event or battle reenactment only.
The use of, or the wearing of, any confederate flag emblem, facsimile, image, photo, patch, cloth, or other: shall be illegal, and punishable by a jail sentence of a minimum of 90 days, and a maximum of one year for the first offence., which will include a $1000.00 fine and 100 hours of public service at a welfare office, or sec. 8 housing unit. The fine will be donated to the NAACP.
Second and subsequent offences will be times two, three and so forth.
“Racist Offenders”, whom are convicted, will also surrender all confederate items, and other memorabilia to the authorities.
Offender shall also be barred from ever owning a weapon, and never be allowed to attend or participate in any Civil war activities for his or her natural life.
Talk of resuming or partaking in a new “Civil War”, shall be deemed as a “Terroristic Threat”, and the uttering, publishing, blogging, illustrating, transmitting, or by any other means of communication this same thought, idea, expression, or feeling, will also be deemed a threat to overthrow the government of the United States, and therefore, the perpetrator shall be tried as a Traitor in the Military court of the United States of America.
If offender is found guilty, him or her and all participants will receive the death penalty under the US Patriot Act of 2001.
Assault Weapon Ban of 1996 sec. 4 part 2
(the definition of an assault weapon shall be as follows)
1. Any weapon, or copy thereof, that has been used in the defense of the United States against a foreign or domestic enemy AND
2. This weapon has a means of attaching a fixed blade sword, knife or bayonet AND
3. This weapon unloads the entire magazine, clip or ammo carrier, with the single pull of the trigger.
Yes, an old civil war musket does fit the definition of an assault weapon, it empties with a single pull of the trigger, it has a bayonet for it, and it was used on the damn Yankee's! So sad that this country goes nuts and way off to the left on anything.
So now we are going to remove all traces of the Civil war as though it never happened?

So if we remove everything that happened with the civil war the playing field becomes level right? No more special things for certain people......everyone is not equal.
There is a lot of civil war history in Virginia. I have a feeling they will feel a pinch from this.
So if we wipe the slate clean of all history and just start clean would that make the liberals happy? I doubt it!
