Troopers Seek Public’s Help in Identifying Burglary Suspect




Georgetown, DE - The Delaware State Police are asking the public’s assistance in attempting to identify a male subject that broke into Route 9 Liquors east of Georgetown.

The incident took place on Monday June 8, 2015 around 12:52 a.m. when an alarm was received from the business located at 22276 Lewes-Georgetown Highway. Upon arrival of responding officers from Georgetown Police Department and troopers, it was determined that the establishment had been burglarized. The investigation revealed a male subject had broken into the store and removed various bottles of liquor before fleeing in an unknown direction.

The suspect depicted in the surveillance images is described as a male between the ages of 25 - 30, standing approximately 5'10" - 6'00" tall, wearing a light colored sweatshirt and dark pants.
