I'm not against the closing nor against Culver, but isn't it amazing how many government offices close for an actual religious holiday? But yet they complain about the separation of "church and state."
We can’t have the 10 commandments in our courts, and we can’t have a nativity scene in front of gov’t offices, but, gov’t employees can have a day off for Easter?!!
Many government employees are Christians, more than any other religion. It is American tradition. Some are getting away from it calling it spring break and even holding it a week or so before or after Easter. Remember too business benefits when government employees are off and have time to spend their earnings.Nothing is without a reason.

We condemn all Christian beliefs and dismiss their right, but we will take the days off that the faith believe in. What hypocrisy!

In my office a co-worker plays Christian music all day. Yes, it's a state government office. No separation of Church and State there....
