Officer Jerry Thomas responded to a holding cell after hearing screaming and other noises.
The surveillance video from 2012 shows he punched the handcuffed teen twice in the head and then shoved his face down on a bench.
“We wouldn’t have even known about this had the police not brought it to us,” says Angela Alsobrooks, the state’s attorney.

Cops aren't the mafia. They are paid to protect you, not criminal thugs.
They're paid to show up and take reports . they only protect us from stopping on the white line or going to fast.or violate rights. And if your a lucky cop.... You get to murder somebody . oh but wait. Cops are speaking out. There are some good ones out there getting paid to do their jobs and protect us. From other criminal cops! Even the cops are sick of the bad cops! The bad cops and mentality of local Leos leave me understanding why people want to kill you. We need more good cops not afraid to do their jobs 100%

#1) kops are very similar to the mafia.
#2) cops are NOT paid to protect ANYONE. they are paid to protect property however.
#3) kops ARE criminal thugs.
