The mayor of Baltimore City, Stephanie Rawlings Blake, made it a point to stress the out of control black on black murders that occur in her city at her State of the City address this year.
Over 200 murders in BC a year. Less than 20 were black on black. When you take out the black on white murders and just look at white on white that takes the number down into the single digits.
Not that any murder is acceptable but a disproportionate number of blacks are responsible for the murder rate. This is true everywhere and not just BC.
