Another mamby-pamby dumbocrat playing nice to other leaders...setting the example for our current POSOTUS.
Like before, the subject country will eventually possess nuclear weapons - and the means to send them large enough distances to cause angst in peace-loving countries!
We can only hope that before it is too late, someone with a backbone and some stones will take these rags out of commission!
