Anti-Semitism Soaring on U.S. College Campuses

Anti-Semitism on college campuses is growing, with more than half of Jewish students claiming they have witnessed or been subjected to some form of anti-Jewish harassment, according to a new report by a leading human rights organization.

With college campuses across the country acting as a hotbed for anti-Israel activism, Jewish students say they are beginning to be targeted on the basis of their religion, according to a nationwide survey conducted by Trinity College and the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law.

The survey, which interviewed 1,157 self-identified Jewish students at 55 U.S. colleges, found that 54 percent experienced or witnessed “anti-Semitism on campus during the first six months of the 2013-2014 academic year.”

Perhaps most surprising, the report found evidence of anti-Semitism across the country, a finding “strongly suggesting anti-Semitism on campus is a nationwide problem,” according to the report.

Interesting...It probably means that the islimists are having an influence there.

We really need to support the Jews as they are not trying to kill us! We really need to be persecuting the muslimes - for wanting to kill us!

The students - under dumbocrat influence, have it bass-ackwards as usual!

SU Student here: Professor Michael O'Loughlin spews anti-semitism. He hates all Jews and makes it clear during readings and lecture.

SU Student,

If what you say is indeed true then that professor should be reported. As a graduate of SU I'm deeply troubled by such actions of a member of the school. 99% of my professors were greatly caring teachers that treated all their students respectively.

SU Student, please provide examples, dates, comments, anything. That is very upsetting if true.

SU Student:
I had him too but you should actually LISTEN to his rationale for his so-called 'antisemitism'.

In reality, he thinks that Israel and the Jewish community have taken their privileges and land-grab in the middle east too far, and they don't deserve the same apologetic attention that they currently receive.

I think a lot of young people, like myself, are simply sick of Israel being a lying, bullying entity that gets propped up by western nations. Why not treat Palestine AND Israel equally?
