More like should be proper education and not just stupid scare tactics. Kids are gonna be sexually active no matter what, so you might as well teach them to be safe.

Your attitude is why there are so many unwed mothers out there.
Emphasis on abstinence and pregnancy prevention...for both males and females.
Show them stupid people that shouldn't have bred more from the same sludge of the gene pool.
I'm generally not an abortion fan - but I have a list of people that should not have been allowed to breed - because of the results later in the lives of those born.

This funding needs to be cut off immediately.
I also think that kids who have any type of sexual relations should spend time in jail. It should be against the law to allow your child to have sex at an under age. Maybe the parents should spend time in jail as well.
