Salisbury Immediate Care is GONE
I was seen at SBY Immediate care last Thursday, and they didn't give me a work note. I called there to get one today, and was told that it is now Express Care and all SBY's medical records are gone. Please let your readers know that the new company took over Friday, there is nothing left of the old company and if you go there, you wll have to start from scratch.

So sad to hear that. I have gone there on several occasions, with a sprained ankle, the flu, strep and other non emergency issues.
I found the staff to be quite nice, and the last male NP I saw was great.
Hope they kept the staff. There were some awesome people there.
11:38 I hopped into Your Docs in with a severely sprained ankle I could not walk on, they wheeled me into a room, and took the chair away, them some idiot comes in and says "follow me to xray". I said how do you suppose I do that. She stood there with a blank look on her face.
I actually had to sit on one of the stools with wheels on it and pushed my self into the room.
Was the worst treatment I had ever received. Staff treated you like you were faking pain and could have cared less. Seemed that they were bothered you showed up for help.
12:01 can you back up that claim. I did not seem to have issues on my bills. You want to see a padded bill, go to the ER at PRMC. It's urgent care, not free care.
I went to Your Docs In once. I'll never go there again. They posted prices on the wall for an office visit. Then they charged me more than that when I got my bill. When I called they said they had contracted a higher price with my insurance co. and were allowed to charge that amount. I told them to delete my insurance info and pretend I was self pay so I could get the lesser charge. Greedy people!
12:22 Nothing unethical about that. And what they said is legal and true. Pharmacy's do it all the time. When I go to Walmart, I claim no insurance to get the cheapest rate on their $10 meds. If I used my insurance it would cost me more. Live and learn.
I have PTSD. I went to your docs in and had a doctor that made me uncomfortable. I asked for a new doctor and they declined treatment. Then sent me a letter saying I'm never allowed as a patient again for the safety of their doctor!
The Rillings are wonderful people who have decided to move on to a new phase of their lives. The entire staff of Salisbury Immediate Care remained. I am guessing the new company has their own record keeping system and therefore you would have to start a new record with them.
I agree about Your Doc's In. They are not always competent and have messed up my bills many times.
I have had excellent care at Your Doc's In on several occasions. I am on Medicare and Salisbury Immediate Care wouldn't take my insurance. I always register online so when I go I do not have to waste time with the paperwork...plus they always have my records on hand when I arrive. No complaints so far.
The medical records at Salisbury Immediate Care & Injury Center are NOT gone! They are available by calling 410-726-2300 and leaving a message with the specific information requested. Also, the billing department can be reached this way as well if you have a question about your bill. You can also go to www.sbyimmediatecare.com and send a message after clicking on the Salisbury Immediate Care logo. Salisbury Immediate Care is proud to have had the opportunity to serve this community for the past 10 years and will continue to provide their patients with all the medical records and any information patients may need. Thank you for your support of Salisbury Immediate Care & Injury Center!
Really? Didn't know that. So one is for people who are well enough off to afford insurance or work and have insurance..... The other for the workers with insurance and or the one with no jobs addictions mental issues immigrants etc. on state insurance. No wonder the later has that kind of service.
Loved Salisbury Immediate Care and the Rillings...I hope they open a new medical practice nearby! Just need to point out that Mr. Rilling is not a doctor, just FYI.
I can concur that their billing department was at least "disorganized" at the end. I have proof from my HSA that I paid a bill, yet I just received a notice from a lawyer's office stating it was not paid. To boot, there is a $30 attorney fee added. Since I have the records, I am able to dispute with proof. I just wonder how many people cannot & are charged more than once.
This place is not the same! None of the same staff or doctors and I was treated terrible! I waited for over hour n half and there was only two people waiting ahead of me. The doctor who saw me was new and her attitude was non caring and non interested in helping me. The previous doctors were all amazing and I would love to know where they transferred ?

Never got treated like that at Sby Immed Care.
I have never gone back to Docs in.
they were a health insurance scam. gross over billing and fraud...
So where did the health records go?

So who is handling their billing department
They have the same staff its just new owners. The group that took over is also the same doctors that treat the Orioles.
Dr Kent Rilling was a great doctor and a very caring person. If anyone can tell me where he is, Thank You!
12:26 I am sure the doctors that treat the Orioles won't be coming here.
The care you received is limited by the people they hire.
An example would be PRMC.

The new place has long wait times but that's understandable while learning a new system in only a day.
