I wouldn't drive that piece of crap with that tag number 666 , the mark of the devil.

Wonder when the devil thought it was important to have a number, kinda ridiculous.

Over my head... maybe not a vortech engine? But it might be... Too much rear bumper rash?

This is a smart car, the first model manufactured in 1998. It has a 'historic' license tag issued to vehicles at least 20 years old.

7:31, it might be 25 years instead of 20. Not 100% positive

Maybe it's a Delorian...

With a historic tag, it should only be driven weekends and to/from shows - I believe is the rule...I also thought thirty years old was the requirement....

This came from the MVA website
To be registered as a historic vehicle (class L), your vehicle must be a passenger vehicle, motorcycle or truck (with a GVWR of 10,000 pounds or less): be 20 calendar years old or older and must not have been substantially altered, remodeled or remanufactured from the manufacturers original design.

A vehicle registered as historic cannot be used for general daily transportation, or primarily for the transportation of passengers or property on highways. It can only be used in exhibitions, club activities, parades, tours, occasional transportation and similar uses. A trailer does not qualify for historic registration.

Odds are, then, that his "Historic" ride blew up, and he needed to borrow a tag to do his shopping with his other car.

Not a good idea...

Apparently the first car was launched in 1998. If that is the case this car is not Historic and the person is driving on illegal tags. I hope on of our MSP friends are reading this. This is illegal and this is proof they have broken the law.

Of course, it could be a stolen tag...
