The man you see above who just happened to be in the right place at the right time immediately took off after the robber and chased after him on foot.
Our of nowhere a van pulled up with the side door open and the robber jumped in and they took off. However, Police were able to get an immediate description of the van and caught them a few blocks away.
I met this fine young man last night and I think everyone should give him the praise he so deserves.

Robbery - in and around Salisbury has become a daily ritual around here. Panhandlers, drug smugglers, and thieves, have now become Wicomicos main industry.

The way it used to be when honor and integrity was practiced. It's a shame the thief didn't run in front of a police car and try to stop it with the deposit bag. That would of saved tax payers money.

Interesting that they knew when the young lady was leaving so they could be so timely.
