Shocker: Black Caucus Denounces Ferguson Grand Jury

Slap in the face of our judicial system

Congressional Black Caucus denounces Ferguson grand jury

Members of the Congressional Black Caucus on Monday called the grand jury decision not to indict Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson a “slap in the face” for those seeking justice for the death of Michael Brown.

“The Ferguson grand jury’s decision not to indict Officer Darren Wilson in the death of Michael Brown is a miscarriage of justice,” CBC Chair Marcia Fudge (D-Ohio) said in a statement released after the decision was announced late Monday evening in Missouri. “It is a slap in the face to Americans nationwide who continue to hope and believe that justice will prevail.”

And never mind that her statement is a slap in the face of our judicial system and the 12 courageous jurors (9 white, three black) who decided unanimously after hearing all the evidence that there were no grounds for any charges against Officer Wilson.

“This decision seems to underscore an unwritten rule that Black [sic] lives hold no value; that you may kill Black [sic] men in this country without consequences or repercussions,” Fudge’s statement continued.

"They" will never admit Michael Brown did everything wrong. Period.
It's a shame it cost him his life.
Somehow I do not think he ever would have made a meaningful contribution to society.

I am so sick of hearing about "justice for Michael Brown." The kid was a thug. His parents can deny that all day long. I saw the video where he stole the cigars and violently shoved the gentleman in the store.

I've heard them holler that he shouldn't have been killed for stealing cigars. Well, I agree with that point. He should not have been killed for that! However, if a police officer stops you when you are walking down the street and you attack said officer and try to take his gun, which forensic evidence backed up, and then instead of putting his hands in the air and giving up as "some witnesses" reported, turned and charged at the officer--then yes, he should have been killed for that. That officer should not have to be in fear for his life over a routine stop either, but he was.

The jury also heard from fine upstanding witnesses from Ferguson who said Mike had his hands in the air and was shot in the back. No entry wounds in the back. There goes that witness. The cop was standing over Mike shooting down at him. No bullet trajectories matched that story. There goes that witness. They also heard from witnesses, plural, who said that Micheal Brown charged the officer. Blood evidence backed this up. Yet no matter how much you present these people with they will still claim, "poor black unarmed teenager murdered." BS--you live like a thug. You die like a thug.

We have as prime examples of his character: the stepfather--lets burn this Mo**er F***er down. Lest burn this bit** down. Then we have the mother who attacks some people who were selling t-shirts with Mr. Brown likeliness on the front. Attacked the people and stole their money. Real nice. I even felt a little sympathy for her there, until I read that the person selling the t-shirts was Mr. Brown Sr.'s mother-in-law. What that member of the family wasn't allowed to profit from the death like the others.

Then they holler about how "that prosecutor" should never have handled the case as blah, blah, blah. Well he didn't handle the case. He turned it over to the grand jury. But no, that isn't good enough either, because now they wished it had gone to a "real" jury, instead of the grand jury.

They will never be satisfied except with their version that poor little angel Michael Brown who would never hurt a FLY was mercilessly gunned down in the street by a racist cop who just wanted to kill someone and that someone ended up being their son.

And so, to get "justice" they will rob, burn, destroy everybody else's property because what, they are probably racist too. BS.

What a great name for one of this caucus, Fudge!

Of course they would denounce the decision. It's beyond their comprehension. They are the main characters referred to by democrat Jonathan Gruber when he spoke about the "stupid American voters."

There was a time in certain east asian countries that if you're child behaved the way m.b. did it was expected that the parents commit suicide. NOW THAT'S A RESPONSIBLE APPROACH!
