According to protesters who erupted in violence after a grand jury declined to indict Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., this was the case of a white policeman shooting an unarmed black teenager with his hands in the air in a community plagued by racial tension.
That's an account promoted by many in the mainstream media as well. But here are several facts about the case that are harder to find:
1. Surveillance video showed that shortly before the confrontation, 18-year-old Brown stole cigarillos from a convenience store and shoved a clerk who tried to stop him.
2. The autopsy report showed that Brown had marijuana in his system when he died.
3. Officer Wilson, driving to the call of a medical emergency, first encountered Brown walking in the middle of a street and told Brown and his friend to walk on the sidewalk. Brown responded with an expletive.

Yep stole the cigarillo and shoved the clerk but according to his mother, he would never be the aggressor. Sickening how the lies can flow so easily out of these people's mouths. It's right there on video for the world to see, and she lies about him. The only thing the black communities have to fear is themselves. It's their own lack of morals, honesty, decency that is causing the deaths and nothing else.
Ditto that 11:04
I've been reading the documents that have been released. Brown was involved in another altercation in the Ferguson Market at 1am on the day he was shot. Another thing to note, is that without fail, all those who actually eye witnessed the shooting were very fearful of relating the story to LE.
It's a shame that the good people all of whom were black are held hostage by the terrorists in the neighborhood.
Young people (black and white) won't walk on the sidewalk and dare you to confront them. It has to do with defiance against any authority just not LE. Brown put himself in that situation after committing thief, assault on clerk, possession of CDS and then a confrontational situation with Wilson when he refused to obey a lawful order and then exacerbated the incident by reaching into a police vehicle an assaulting a cop. Sorry no sympathy here.
