as a current police officer, i find this disgusting. the officer, at the very least, should not have spoken to those men like that since they were in the right. what he should have done is apologized for his partner throwing the litter and made her get out and pick some other trash up to make up for it.
Or better yet the Partner should have issued his partner a ticket for throwing trash and make a example out of them ...but I guess that is how they protect each other and screw the laws as they feel they are above the law.
What happened to serve and protect?
