According to the a--hole delivering the paper there is nothing wrong with it. However that is exactly why we stopped getting the thing to start with that coupled with not knowing when it was going to arrive.
Not only is he not getting his newspapers delivered to the newspaper mailboxes, He has been targeted by homeland security as a potential terrorist as displayed by the stickers on both the mailbox and newspaper boxes.
If this was truly a Daily Times photo it would boast about this being a beta test site for their new ENHANCED delivery service.
I swear that is the very same way I used to find my newspapers when I had home delivery. Go buy the paper if you need it that bad people. The slobs they hire to deliver just do not care. There could be five boxes lined up there and there would be five papers on the ground.

That's what they do when there a bird living in my newspaper box.
Oops I missed.
The paper has gotten so bad that even the delivery boxes vomit in the morning.
The paper needs a new editorial staff that actually cares about this community
