Missing student Hannah Graham was so drunk she could barely walk, the owner of the bar where she was last seen has revealed.
Tempo Restaurant owner Brice Cunningham said on Thursday that the University of Virginia sophomore, 18, appeared to be incapacitated as she walked away from the nightspot with Jesse Matthew on September 13.
Matthew had been drinking at the bar earlier that night before he encountered the 18-year-old outside on Charlottesville's pedestrian Downtown Mall, Cunningham said.
Matthew then briefly re-entered the bar, ordered what credit card records suggest were two beers, and rejoined the teenager outside. The bar's door monitor told police they walked off with Matthew's arm around her for support, he said.

The owner of the bar admits to serving alcohol to underage people. Admitted to serving the victim well beyond intoxication and rendered mentally incapacitated. Laws were violated I bet that bar is still open for business. Maybe like many college students she had a fictitious identification card. There is only one person to blame and that person will never be coming home.
Ron, there are also bouncers and bartenders to blame who are still going home every night.
