MATTER THAT AFFECTS ONE OR MORE SPECIFIC INDIVIDUALS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND §10-508(a)(1).
THE CLOSED SESSION WILL BE HELD IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, ROOM 301 OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE BUILDING (125 N. DIVISION STREET) AT WHICH TIME THE PUBLIC CAN OBSERVE THE MOTION, ANY DISCUSSION AND THE VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION AS NOTED ABOVE.
FOLLOWING THE ADJOURNMENT OF THE CLOSED SESSION, THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED LEGISLATIVE SESSION WILL BEGIN AT 6:00 P.M.

Maybe they will be getting rid of that fat lazy Rick Hoppes.
This closed session is to issue out new credit cards so they can continue to spend and waste taxpayers money on lunches.

He is more than likely the worst fire chief the Salisbury Fire Department has ever had. He does not meet the qualifications for this position and he should be dismissed as soon as possible.
