The seeds of revolution are sown on the streets of the hungry and poor.
I thought it was, "The seeds of revolution are sown at the feet of the hungry and poor."
Of course the seeds are thrown at their feet. What a way to treat the hungry and the poor.
Why are you throwing the seeds in the street? I'll stand in the plowed field so you can throw them there, and they will grow.

At least that grows "cover" for the revolution.
