As some of you may be wondering WHY, it's very simple. Lee and his Bride had been struggling to find a new home for their Family. While they had searched high and low for a home within the City limits, they fell in love with a home just outside the City and being the honorable man that he is, he made sure everyone knew what was going on and stepped down.
Considering things slow down quite a bit during the summer months, Lee remained living in their Fruitland home while his Bride worked on settling in at their new home. Lee wanted the transaction for Fruitland to be an easy one so there will not be a special election. They'll simply wait until the next upcoming election to fill the empty position.

i think it should also be noted that fruitland isnt worth living in...obviously. citizens need to pick themselves up and have more pride than this.

Taxes were too high along with the water bill! Ha We will soon have a Queen as she is in line I guarantee it!
the down side to him moving out of the city is they are probably losing someone who wanted to make it a better place. The farther down side is he gets replaced by a complete idiot. The reason most city councils are less than proficient is because the people needed to make it successful are living outside the city....for a reason.

We have a fruitland council who lives on oxbridge dr in salisbury md ..and so I dont know why lee camt do it...

They are not "councilors" they are Council Members.
Ok - so what Fruitland City "council member" lives on Oxbridge Dr in Salisbury? I believe you have been misinformed.
