She was being held without bond in the Detention Center.

Del. fugitive arrested in Salisbury
The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office says deputies located 25-year-old Jenna Lynn Ennis of Salisbury this week.

This was in October of 2013. She's still on the run now with a failure to appear for the heroin and gun charges, as well as the recent vegetable stand theft and damage charges.
She looks as though she has aged considerably over the past couple of years. Scrounging for drugs every day can take its toll.
