Event: Speaker Series provided by the Worcester County Tea Party
Speaker: Marc Street, PhD, Professor Salisbury University
Topic: “Enviros on the Run” Dr. Street will provide a lively discussion regarding why the environmentalist movement has lost much of its legitimacy, authority, and relevance since it’s zenith of influence in the spring of 2007. The talk ends with a brief outline of President Obama’s recent efforts to re-energize the movement here in the US.
Before the meeting, during the snack break and after the meeting, there will be time to meet and greet candidates running for various positions in Worcester County.
