Safe Kids Day 2014. Safe Kids Lower Shore Maryland will be holding Safe Kids Day 2014 at the Henson Family YMCA. Your family is invited to spend the day learning safety tips through fun interactive displays. This is a FREE event. WHY: Safe Kids Day is all about celebrating children, preventing injuries, and saving lives. Many childhood injuries can be easily prevented with the right knowledge. Safe Kids Day helps spread this life saving knowledge to many parents and children each year. So come out to this fun event that will not only be a great way to spend the day with your little ones, but could also protect their precious lives.

Kids are baby goats. When are we going to stop calling our children that name? Using it has proliferated beyond belief in the past year or so.
