Why do we even have business property tax in this city if it's constantly being exempted?

Another special meeting? No wonder decent people don't want to run for office. These idiots love to hear themselves talk.
I've got an idea instead of allow business owners to get rich why not give the tax payers a break. I am sick and tired of subsidizing someone elses business.
