The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, includes Anaheim’s Disneyland and Disney California Adventure and seeks an unspecified amount of money and a policy reversal.

As usual a few rotten people make it hard for those who really are in need. Surely there must be a more sensible way to take care this problem without punishing children
.
Those artistic kids could draw pictures while waiting in line with everyone else.
Don't like their rules, don't go.
Also, unlike other disabilities, how would you identify a child with autism? Lanyard with their disability on it? These parents need to get real and soon. They want their children integrated and to be treated equally at schools etc, but god forbid they have to wait in line?
I had an autistic daughter, we had to finely realize that she needed to be in a home, not out with the rest of the family. It was hard to do, but it saved our marriage and the rest of the family.
