If you are younger than 21 and in possession, then it is still criminal charge and if you possess the means to smoke it (papers/bowl/bong/soda can then you can still be charged criminally. Sounds like this is will lead to more people being charged criminally because they "think" it is legal….
The Hobbitt was in operation for years (in the parking lot that now belongs to Grants I believe).They sold everything BUT pot itself.
I thought I saw rolling papers for sale recently, so it is legal to buy them but not possess them??? Now that is some crazy making! Sounds like a loophole to continue the vehicle searches for police.
