DOVER – Three suspects were arrested early Thursday morning as police attempted to quell a large ruckus at Dover Downs Hotel and Casino, authorities said.
Arriving Dover Police Department officers saw more than 200 people in the parking lot fighting and acting disorderly at 12:53 a.m. at the casino at 1131 N. DuPont Highway, spokesman Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.
A man – later identified as Lance Chadwick, 19, of Brooklyn, N.Y. – fled through a parking lot and was quickly apprehended after a brief foot pursuit, police said.

I heard Lee Stevens was off duty and caught the guy who was fleeing. This guy is everywhere. Wish I knew him
Cpl Stevens doesn't wear a watch. He decides what time it is!
I heard he was in Salisbury when he heard about it and still got there in time to catch him, still in the parking lot. What a man.
The other day a friend of mine visited Lee Stevens at his home. When he entered,a closet door was cracked open just enough for him to see some sort of cape and super hero outfit inside. After hearing that I realized immediately how Lee can mysteriously show up in all of these places.
Had to be Delaware State students. They are off the hook. The majority are good kids but man that campus is thug mania
