Anyone who’s ever used a fast food napkin knows that if you’ve got a real mess on your hands, often just one won’t do. But one man reportedly suing McDonald’s claims that when he asked for more napkins after only getting one with his meal, he was treated poorly. He’s suing for $1.5 million. In American dollars.
That money would buy a lot of napkins for the California customer who says he got short shrift on Jan. 29 after ordering a Quarter Pounder Deluxe, reports TMZ.
He claims that when he asked for more, a manager said no, insisting that he’d already gotten some.

it pisses me off when they won't give you your drink cup while you're waiting for your order! bad enough that you have to do THEIR work by making your own drink, but then you have to do it while your food gets cold. screw mcdonalds

When people like this tie up the court system with frivilous lawsuits it cost all of us in the way of higher prices. One way to stop this is to make the losers pay all court costs as well as the defendants legal bills

If a woman can sue and win 2.9 million for Mcdonalds hot coffee, why not sue because of only 1 napkin. Its not just dumb people out there, its our legal system that allows cases like this.
