A Missouri bill which seeks to nullify virtually every federal gun control measure on the books, “whether past, present or future,” passed the Senate Thursday. SB613 would ban the state from enforcing virtually all federal gun control measures, and includes criminal charges for federal agents attempting to violate the right to keep and bear arms in Missouri.
The measure passed 23-10.

This will not happen in Maryland in my lifetime, and with discussions about rain and chicken taxes with absolutely no plan as to how to use the money, it's time for me to pack up and look for a new state.
instead of moving, why not challenge these illegal laws and the criminals in office who pass them? we see other states overturning the very same laws marys land has had for years.
Its time to turn the law in Maryland. Yes, it may take a long while but Never Say Never.
and get rid of background checks while you're at it. just one more infringement dressed up as a safety measure, that does nothing.
