Lost Dog 2-24-14

POKY is MISSING from the Union Church Rd area of Salisbury, Md. She is a 16 year old Lhaso Apso wheat in color. She does not see or hear very well but is very sweet. Last seen Sunday 2/23 at about 9am. 443-859-8204. She has a micro chip. Please help!
