Paid administrative leave is crap unless there is more to it than is shown on this video. They should be fired and in jail. As an ex-LEO it really burns the hell out of me to see Brothers acting like this.
They seem like belligerent people. If they only knew how to behave in public maybe the incident would not have happened.

6:18, all cops are belligerent, vindictive power tripping mercenaries and proud of it. They murder without conscience, they maim with glee as they drive their knee into an unarmed human beings neck or back while forcing their face into concrete or stones as they yell "stop resisting" repeatedly through a psychotic laugh. Then they high five each other for a bloody beating well done... on a jay walker, or a downs syndrome moviegoer, or a drunk, or a homeless woman or a kid that stole a candy bar... THEN, a supervisor or chief gives a public statement supporting their actions as necessary and within protocol for handling these dangerous criminals.

Yes indeed. Whoever trains these cops nowadays needs to be singled out and removed from that position.
And hiring returning vets to be cops needs to be re-examined. It seems they bring their untreated mental problems home with them and then someone gives them a badge and a gun. Bad situation, as we are seeing constantly.
