I have seen the types that are employed by this administration.
Too many should not have graduated from High School - let alone completed their no-name college courses to become qualified for their gimme jobs.
During WWII, we mobilized the brightest and best to do the most important and difficult...now we're trying to do things fast and cheap - without adequate supervision.
This has been growing for a long time...think of when we were forced to educate/hire/promote/contract people and companies that were less qualified because they held a special 'qualification'!
