Police Conduct DUI Saturation Patrol (HALLOWEEN WEEKEND)

The Salisbury Barrack conducted a DUI saturation patrol starting on October 31, 2013 (Halloween) at 8 pm and ended on November 1, 2013 at 0400 hrs.
The “Checkpoint Strike Force” DUI saturation patrol concentrated its patrols throughout Wicomico County. A total of seven troopers were assigned to the saturation patrol. This effort resulted in EIGHT DUI arrests and one arrest for trespassing. A total number of 80 vehicles were stopped.

Eight hours and they only checked 80 vehicles? What back road were they on? This sounds like a waste of time to me!

Anon 12;46, it was not a check point, they were roving saturation patrol and eighty stops in 8 hours is 10 stops per hour, which is way above average.

bs and how many drugs guns and thugs did they pull off the street in that amount of time? None cause dui's raise a boat load of money for the state, no one goes to jail it's all about the fines and feeding the beast! same as the war on drugs! got to keep feeding the beast!
