But that brings us to the question: Does the president of the United States have the legal or constitutional authority to unilaterally change laws passed by Congress?

He has not had the authority to do a lot of what he has already done, yet no other lawmakers have challenged him. Any wonder why he picks and chooses which laws he wants enforced? If the House/Congress would grow a pair and try to stop his dictatorship, maybe there would be a chance to save this country!

Of course he doesn't....but "what difference does it make now" as Hillary would say. He does what ever the hell he wants and our lap-dog of an Attorney General just looks the other way.
Dictators can do whatever they want. The AG is a bigger crook than Obama. The real solution is to impeach them both. It's just to bad the congress will not do what is right, only what is politically correct, so the country just goes down the tube.
Everyone should be calling and writing their congress person and demanding that these two be impeached ASAP.

Most, if not all, run on the "extortion" principle. Either you do/pay this, or we will back, and it will be worse. MOSH and MDE come to mind.
Hasn't anyone noticed how many of our Joint Chiefs of Staff, greatest military leaders and now secret service are being charged with sexual harassment and relieved of duty? If the truth ever comes out it will say these people would not dance to Obama's tune. He knows they will uphold the Constitution. He then surrounds himself with those to afraid to do anything other than what he dictates. He's far more dangerous than then Clintons. The Clintons make people disappear, Obama destroys their lives, families and careers.
If Congress tries to stop him, he will just declare martial law and disband Congress. That's the way it is done.
