Army Vet Banned From Old Navy Store In Florida

Note to self: Don’t try to pass off a fashion statement with a full military dress uniform. One teenaged employee of Old Navy found out the hard way, when an Army soldier called him out on it. Not only is it a disgrace to our military who earned the right to wear the uniform, it is also illegal.

So then why is Army vet Aaron Bennett being fired for pointing out this illegal activity?! That’s EXACTLY what happened in a Jacksonville-area Old Navy.

Hey all you fashionistas out there: If you want to have the look of the military, join the military! And hey Old Navy, NEVER treat our vets with such little respect!!

Why wasn't the store employees side of this published? He may have had a reason for wearing the uniform, such as a brother or father who died in the military.Technically not legal to wear as the customer said, but both sides need to be heard.

As a Ret. Marine, having been awarded the Purple-Heart (Not earned), UNLESS THAT INDIVIDUAL EARNED the RIGHT to wear the Uniform, and all the awards on that Uniform, they SHOULD be charged with the 'Stolen Valor Act'.. as was the dumb-butt back in 2003ish.....
