The pay for the council members definitely needs to be increased if their are ever going to be quality candidates who are going to file to run. That pay is nothing more than chicken feed and needs to be increased as soon as possible.
You get what you pay for... ie. Laura Mitchell, Shanie Shields, Fake Day, Jim Liarton.
