The infrastructure of Sby is collapsing. Every other day it's something and before anyone starts with the "this happens everywhere" line, I'll nip it in the bud right here and now. NO it doesn't!
This amounts to incompetence.
Jim can't be bothered by this silly stuff. Its Friday night time to harass women at mojos .
The mall is not that old, in fact, it's one of our most recent additions to the City. Incompetent installers and inspectors and/ or Construction Managers are to blame. Go back on them, and take photos of the excavation along the way. Excavate with water jetting to get the best photos.
Somebody flush some shoplifted clothing down the loo?
