What does that mean 6:11?
6;11 if you even had half of a clue as to what your talking about! syscom is the state dispatch center for avation, they don't make the call as to where the patient is taken. the choice remains with the flight paramedic.in this case the flight medic decided the child would be best cared for at a specialty center.maybe you should turn your scanner off. hats off to the fine care rendered by the berlin fire and ems crew.ken,trey,and tim. I watched your professionalism.your care and compassion was at the highest standard in such a difficult and stressful time. god bless you guys and the child!
Just thank God that the medic had the presence of mind to send the kid to Baltimore instead of the so called trauma center at PRMC- where vital time would be spent while waiting to ship the patient to a real trauma center, University or Hopkins.
