Apparently a "MA" (mass casualty) govt truck was seen in Virginia this weekend as well as various white govt SUV's spotted in Ocean City this weekend.

To me, and yes this part might be conspiratorial, but think about it...
I think we are going to war with Iran or Syria then Iran and our troops and people will up heave and they might cause civil unrest and if that happens it will happen everywhere... But think about this though, notice how region 3 is MD, DE, VA and WVA? that is everything surrounding the white house except PA but I think PA is in region 3 also...
IF civil unrest happened, what better way to protect washington, by having a blockade around washington?
People keep saying its the end of the year crap for the govt... Well it has been the end of a year many time over for this govt and nothing like this happened... Not in 8 years of bush or 8 years of obama, or even the years of clinton...
Obama hasn't had a budget in 8 years, they spend like crazy and tax everything, so HOW THE FUCK CAN IT BE A END OF THE YEAR THING FOR THE GOVT?
You don't demand, food, water, tanks, military men and vaccines in a area by a date for no reason...
And even if so, why would you hand out MRE's and survival packs to the schools for the children? where are the adults? or where is the rest for the rest? exactly its not there and no mention of it...
Also think on this, Obama will sign the UN gun treaty and that says all small arms the civilians cannot have which is all of them... There is only 1 way to get those guns...
