They were wrong, they knew they were wrong and still manhandled and arrested the man. Cops should pay the price for willful violation of civil rights with severe punishments and fines. 10 years in prison and 100,000$ in fines and punitive damages would stop them in their tracks and maybe keep these state sponsored thugs in uniform from harassing citizens.
Correctly or incorrectly, I don't know, but what they did not do was manhandle the gentleman. They searched him, cuffed him, walked him to their car and sat him down. Never was their voices raised, was he taken off his feet, pulled,or pushed, nothing that would even approach manhandling.
1051-Searching and handcuffing an innocent civilian who has done nothing wrong should be considered manhandling. It sure as hell violates the 4th Amendment to the United States Constitution.
Was there a single fat ass cop over 5'5"? This happened in TEXAS?! Soon, one day soon, they will try this and 20 armed citizens will reduce their poulation. As it should be....it doesn't take 15 cops to arrest a "complying" citizen. It takes 15 cops to PROTECT themselves from retaliation from "we, the people". Coming soon to a neighborhood near you.

Another instance that proves one doesn't have to have a high I.Q. to be a cop.
