No need for a paid fire department in Salisbury. If the mayor and council had any brains they would totally separate fire and EMS. The city split BHZ into 2 agencies so the fire department can do the same thing.

When did "intoxicated subject" become any kind of emergency? If that was the case then maybe the city should park an ambulance and a fire truck in front of every drinking establishment.
