Cummings, a Democrat from Maryland and the top Democrat on the House oversight committee, claimed this week that an unnamed Republican manager in the IRS’s Cincinnati office started the agency’s targeting of conservative groups, and that “the case is solved” with no evidence of White House wrongdoing.
Cummings claimed in a letter to Republican Oversight Committee chairman Darrell Issa, dated June 9, that his staff had interviewed a “conservative Republican” manager from the IRS’ Cincinnati office who took the blame for the improper targeting.

Those poor soulless democrats. Refusal to take responsibility for their actions so they just blame Republicans. Awwww, it was the same way with the civil rights movement so they really haven't changed.
And for those reading who might not understand that last statement here's a little history.
After the Civil War (and ole' Abe was a Republican) the democrats were the ones who instituted the Jim Crow laws and even started the KKK. For the next 80 years the Republicans fought the Democrats in granting full rights to blacks.
Now, in the end with MLK so vocal the democratic party decided to get their votes and so they went on a campaign of propaganda, won them over with promises of goodies, and started blaming the Republicans.
And it appears they are still at it.

and Obama both had more votes than the people they were running against. In America we have the right to be stupid if we want, and I believe we are excercising that right.
