Wicomico Councilman’s Future In Question

SALISBURY – The future of an elected official is unclear this week after the Wicomico County Council voted to meet in closed session to discuss “council personnel issues” following Tuesday’s legislative session.

After the council approved the release of closed session minutes from March 18, it was confirmed the majority of the County Council had begun to question whether Councilman Bob Culver could secure confidential information.

“I would like to make a motion that after the adjournment of the legislative session we enter into a closed session to discuss council personnel issues,” Councilman John Hall said, and Councilwoman Stevie Prettyman second the motion.

Dolts. He's not an employee. You should be discussing it in the open.

They need to get slapped with an Open Meetings Act violation.

Is everyone getting the message now? Disagree with the Powerful and you will get squished. Just like the IRS targeting Tea Partiers and Christian Conservatives, our local regime will make an example of ANYONE that questions the regime!! Just imagine how the "2-strikes" then we close you down rule is gonna work under Ireton--Salisbury you have a Leftist Progressive facist local government and you voted them in.

The county's first auditor disagreed with some of the council members and was sent packing....

If the council wants to start throwing barbs, they would be wise to make sure the skeletons in their own closets don't come out for public inspection...they will find it extremely embarassing.

If you aren't doing anything underhanded, then what's the problem? Afraid the public is going to find out about it????

Friends are everywhere....remember that.

I would like to know everyone that is connected to the LLC that this was awarded to. Why can't we know that? And if we can't know it, then that is not being very open about how things are done on the county council.
