Regular viewers of Fox News are used to seeing popular host Megyn Kelly on their televisions every afternoon, but on Thursday morning Kelly made a special appearance during the morning to break some surprising information: according to her sources, the FBI was “shocked” to see a magistrate “waltz into” the hospital room of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and read him his Miranda rights.
So why were they shocked? According to Kelly, the FBI was under the understanding that they would get much more time with Tsarnaev under the “public safety exemption” before he was read his rights. Adding to the shock: the sources told Kelly agents were getting crucial information after only 16 hours of questioning and were making valuable progress.
No matter.
“It’s really unbelievable,” Kelly said.

Eric Holder strikes again. Holder is a traitorous evil corrupt spawn of satan.
So are they in the business of reporting news, or are they a gossip column? So sad so many people cater to these programs that provide little really information and alot of innuendo, half baked stories, and inaccurate claims. And before you get your panties in a bunch, I'm talking about all of the major cable news players, including the left leaners.

16 hours if interrogation totally unusable in any court of law. And he will be tried in civilian court where this rule will stand up. Disgusting. The judge should have been there the first hour that Authorities told everyone else in Boston that it was safe to move about the country.
The "left leaners" ignore anything that doesn't fit in with their liberal leftist agendas. Kelly is reporting the news which everyone knows the interrogation was halted and Miranda read. If anything she dug deeper which is what a real journalist does.
Off topic-Alan Dershowitz was a guest on Piers Morgan the other night and he defended the use of torture in some instances which is not what Morgan thought he was going to hear from Dershowitz. The look on Morgan's face was to die for. He looked like he had just eaten a hugh pile of chicken manure.
