Torrington High School Students Rally For Rape Defendant, Blame Victim, Police
TORRINGTON -- A week after their school made national headlines following the arrests of three students on charges for statutory rape of two 13-year-old girls, Torrington High School students have continued to use social media to support the defendants, criticize the victims and police and make light of the charges.
